Return & Refund Policy
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not content with your purchase, and we will handle your request for a return or exchange. We won't honor any requests that are submitted beyond 30 days. Please be sure to get in touch with us by email as soon as possible ([email protected]).
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
General Return Process
- Select the products you would like to return or exchange by logging into your account or looking up a prior order.
- Items that need to be returned can be shipped back using the given return label and the original packing.
- We'll keep track of the things you're returning to us and notify you when they do.
- Your returned goods will be examined, processed, and refunded as soon as they arrive back at our warehouse!
Policies
- For all returns, it is advised that you utilize a traceable delivery option to make sure your package gets back to us securely. Any loss or damage to packages that are returned to us is not our responsibility.
- Within 30 days of receiving your order's final package, you may return any products (with the exception of final sale/clearance items, free gifts, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories). Note: After completing the online return request form, you must email us a photo of the issue or defect.
- Return shipments need to be approved. Refund requests that are not approved by customer service will not be processed. You are not permitted to return the item(s) to the address listed on the package you received. The processing of your return will be impacted by the fact that it is not our return address.
Order Cancellations
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Costs
- Your return charge will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds will only be handled if the items you utilize for a return arrive in our warehouse. If they don't, you'll need to file a dispute with the carrier. For orders that exceed the customs threshold, you can be required to pay a custom duty charge and be subject to importation.
Refunds
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your return once it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
In two to three business days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
Non-returnable items:
- Refunds are not accepted for items on sale.
- Customer-caused damage or loss is not refundable.
Exchanges
Online order exchanges are not currently available. The original product must be returned for a refund, and the replacement must be purchased separately.
